Made of: A chocolate pudding-pot cauldron of blackcurrant potion. The squad's apprentice witch.

Potioncat is a cartoon cat made out of a chocolate pudding pot shaped like a cauldron, brimming with bubbling purple blackcurrant potion, marshmallow bubbles and green sprinkle stars, finished off with a stripy purple tail.

Potioncat is the Halloween squad's apprentice witch, forever stirring up spells that always turn out to be pudding. Potioncat isn't bothered in the slightest. A spell that turns into pudding is still a pretty good spell, and every problem can be fixed with one more sprinkle.

Favourite spot: the stove at the back of the bakery, next to the biggest wooden spoon, where the custard pans bubble away and the steam smells of chocolate.

Quirks: keeps a little notebook of recipes labelled spells, stirs everything clockwise for luck and always saves the last marshmallow for a friend. Potioncat is also the only cat allowed to lick the spoon before the pudding is finished, a rule Potioncat wrote personally. Witchy enough for October and cosy enough for all year round.
